BHATIA BEST TO APPEAR IN BREXIT CASE TO BE HEARD IN THE SUPREME COURT

The government has appealed the decision of the High Court  which rule that Article 50 could not be triggered without first seeking parliamentary approval.

We acted in the proceedings in the High Court on behalf of a group of claimants who defeated the Government.

We will renew the arguments before the Supreme Court, with barristers from No5 Chambers, Manjit Gill QC and Ramby de Mello.
