Everyone at Bhatia Best would like to extend their congratulations to Amy Lyons for passing her Criminal Written Examination as part of the Police Station Accreditation process.
Amy is a paralegal based in the Criminal Defence department at our Mansfield office. Having only moved over from the Family department in late-2017, Amy has wasted no time in beginning her Police Station Accreditation.
Having passed this exam at the first time of asking, Amy will now begin the Accreditation Portfolio process. This will see Amy receive training in the representation of individuals at the Police Station and then submit a portfolio of cases to demonstrate her knowledge and experience.
This is an important step in Amy’s career and everyone at Bhatia Best wishes her every success in the next stage. Well done Amy!
Police Station Representation
Amy Lyons is undertaking this process so that she can learn how to properly represent people during police station interviews. Representation at the Police Station is always free. A lot of Police interviews are undertaken on a voluntary basis (sometimes called “just a chat”) but this does not change the fact that you could still be charged with an offence or that representation remains free. We can provide you with representation 24/7, all year round. Please call us now on 0115 9503231 if you require assistance.
