Coronavirus: Legal advice & representation

Despite the Coronavirus Pandemic, our lawyers are still providing 24/7 legal advice and representation.

Although our offices are closed to the public, we are able to arrange appointments for new and existing clients by Skype, Microsoft Teams, Facetime and Facebook Messenger.

The Courts are operating at an extremely reduced capacity with most hearings being adjourned and urgent hearings being held by video-link. If you have a current case with us, please contact your caseworker for an update on your case.

Legal help during COVID-19

  • Virutal appointments for new and existing clients via Skype, Facetime, Microsoft Teams and Facebook Messenger
  • Direct video-link facility from our offices to prisons, enabling conferences at very short notice
  • Ability to attend police interviews virtually, 24/7 – ensuring a prompt attendance at the police station
  • Ability to attend Courts remotely via video-link

The Police are still arresting suspects and performing interviews under caution however the majority of these interviews are being conducted by way of video-link or telephone. This does not impact on your right for free and independent legal advice and you should contact us in the first instance.
