Are you due before the Magistrates' Court?
If you have received a Postal Requisition (“summons”) to attend the Magistrates’ Court or if you were charged at a Police Station, it is important that you speak to a Criminal Defence Solicitor as soon as possible. Instructing a lawyer at an early stage will often pay dividends and could make all the difference. At Bhatia Best, we put your interests first and will thoroughly fight for the best possible result.
We have three offices located across the Midlands but we regularly represent clients in Courts in all corners of England & Wales. Contact us for more information.
