Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Sue has been with Bhatia Best since it’s inception in 1993 and has worked as Personal Assistant to Mr Bhatia for over 30 years.
Sue’s role is to assist Mr Bhatia with all matters managerial, compliance and operational. She is thoroughly committed to her role and to the effective running of the Company.
In her spare time Sue is a keen athlete and Tough Mudder competitor. Don’t mess with her!
Practice Manager
Louise joined Bhatia Best in 2014 and was already a highly experienced Legal Cashier. She later became Head Cashier and is now jointly engaged in the administration of the business, helping to ensure the efficient running of the firms financial and administrative systems including Human Resources and the Finance Department.
Louise ensures that the firms practices and policies are compliant with Specialist Quality Mark criteria, Solicitors Accounts Rules, HMRC, Legal Aid Agency and Solicitors Regulation Authority Rules.
Family Operations Manager – Family – Derby
Kerry has been with Bhatia Best for over 20 years and provides close support to the head of our Derby Family operation and the department as a whole. As a qualified ILEX caseworker, Kerry also assists with the large volume of cases and has become proficient in managing the wide-ranging affairs of the team and ensuring that matters remain closely in check.
