Administration Assistant – HR & Finance Department – Nottingham

 

Bhatia Best are a leading firm based in the East Midlands who specialise in Criminal Defence, Family Law, Personal Injury, Public Law and Community Care.

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our busy HR & Finance Department at our Nottingham office.

 

Duties include:

 

– Diarise key events, organise meetings and interviews

– Assist with recruitment initiatives

– Maintain accurate HR records including processing of staff holidays

– Maintain and restock stationery and office equipment as required

– Data entry

– Back up reception support

– Ad hoc duties as stipulated by the Practice Manager

 

The ideal candidate must have GCSE grade 4 (or grade C equivalent) in Maths and English and a minimum of 2 years previous administration experience.

 

You should be punctual, organised, computer literate and capable of working a multi-faceted role in a fast-paced environment.

 

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.

 

National living wage applies.
